Delete your data

Walpy has no accounts. Your data is tied to an anonymous identifier on your device.

In the app

Open Walpy and go to Settings › Delete all my data. This removes your wallpapers from the device and immediately deletes the records of your creations, purchases and reports from our servers. Wallpapers you already saved to Photos stay there.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to contact@thealchemistcode.org with the subject "Delete my Walpy data" and the approximate date of your last purchase or creation. We will delete what we can match within 30 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
