These terms cover your use of the Walpy app, made by THE ALCHEMIST CODE LTD. By using Walpy you agree to them. On iOS, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
What Walpy does
Walpy creates wallpapers with an AI image model from the descriptions and choices you give it. Results vary, can be imperfect, and may occasionally resemble existing images.
Acceptable use
Don't use Walpy to create content that is illegal, sexual, hateful or violent, or that depicts real people, brands, logos or copyrighted characters. Walpy refuses many such requests, and you can report any wallpaper from the app.
Your wallpapers
You may use the wallpapers you create for personal use, including as the wallpaper of any of your devices.
Subscriptions and packs
- One creation makes up to four wallpapers.
- Weekly includes 20 creations per week; Yearly includes 40 creations per month. Unused creations do not carry over.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Packs are one-time purchases and never expire.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
Availability
We work to keep Walpy running, but the service is provided "as is", without warranties, and may change or be interrupted. If a creation fails, you are not charged for it.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to Walpy is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version.
